Zolbia Sweets Saffron Recipe

ingredients :

  • Starch = 1 glass of rosemary equivalent to 120 grams
  • Concentrated Yogurt Fatty 5% = Half a glass equivalent to 120 g
  • Rose water = 1 spoon
  • Saffron mixed with hot water = 2 spoon
  • Liquid Oil = 1 teaspoon
  • Flour = 2 spoon equivalent to 20 grams
  • BAKING POWDER = half a teaspoon

Instruction :

Add the starch to the dish and add yogurt and mix well together to make the starch somewhat softened. Now add the rose water, saffron mixed with hot water, and add the liquid oil and flour to the ingredients, and mix with a good mixer for 5 to 7 minutes. We mix it to get out of stiffness, while adding baking powder we add to the material.
After mixing, put the material into a container and let it rest for 3 to 4 hours.
Before firing Zolbia we prepare the juice in the form of 1 cup of rumble sugar and one third of the glass of water in the pot and 2 spoon of rose water, add half a teaspoon of lemon juice, stir the ingredients until some sugar is dissolved .
